Dr. Lalchandani is a graduate of Manhattanville College with a Bachelors of Art in Biology and a graduate of New York Chiropractic College where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She retained a position in the Bronx treating a range of spinal cases where she could track the progress and make clinical decisions regarding their prognosis. After some time, Dr. Lalchandani was invited to join an experimental chiropractic emergency team at New Parkway Hospital in Forrest Hills, NY. The group was designed to be on an on-call basis to consult on acute musculoskeletal injuries. The program was in effect for 2 years before the hospital closed. Dr. Lalchandani uses specific manipulative techniques as well as phyiso-therapy modalities for optimal outcomes for spinal conditions. Her recent certification is in Graston Technique. This technique is used to resolve soft tissue tension and trigger points within the length of the muscle. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the American Black Chiropractic Association. She has worked in several different clinic atmospheres from solo practices to multi-disciplinary. Since 2011, Dr.Lalchandani finds herself at Fleetwood Chiropractic Center continuing in the same tradition that makes chiropractic work.
